A huge shout out to DukeDiv2013 as he just received his acceptance letter to, guess what? Yep, Duke Divinity School, Class of 2013 (or 2012 technically if he follows the 3 year track). Well done!

Super!

Do the 4 year plan if you can at all make it fit wiht your budget and personal life (meaning add in a full year of CPE if possible). The skills you will learn there will be invaluable no matter what form of ministry you later go into. I left Duke Div School mid-way through to pursue a different career and I still find the skills I learned in CPE to be of incredibly high value.

(Yes, speedo guy was a div school student.)

I think I remember meeting dukediv2013 at one of the tailgate gatherings. He impressed me as being mature and level headed.

Congratulations!!! I know what it feels like to be a Duke fan and to be accepted to grad school! Have fun with the GPSC basketball campout this Fall. The div students are among the most fun campers/partiers!!
