Which One Would you Choose???

For me it would be the ACC Tournament, but the Duke/Carolina game came a close second.

Well I was at the '06 ACC tourney where we beat BC to win - but I much more enjoyed being present for our 71-70 win in CIS my senior year. The explosion of excitement after the Felton-Noel debacle (credited to our good defense) is something I'll never forget.

Interesting that for those who've never been, seeing Carolina come to Cameron is the ultimate; and that the same seems to hold even for those who have been. FWIW, I agree with those in both groups.

My parents lucked into an extra pair of tickets for Gene Banks last game (for those that don't remember, this places the game in 1981 or so).

They had their own tickets, so they gave them to me and my brother. I was 15 or something. It was awesome.

I'll never forget the sound of the cameras clicking while his game-tying shot was in the air. And the way that place exploded when the shot went through the hoop.

My ears rang for days.

Sign me up for Cameron.

Duke-UNC, with the ACC tournament being a very close second. I've been to both, and Duke-UNC is always great, but the ACC tourney is a whole week of great basketball. I like the ACC toruney not just to see Duke's games, but to see ALL the games.
