I guess its cool for teams in the Patriot League or what not. If they want to keep playing, more power to them. I just hope these "champions" don't raise a banner for it.

I don't get it. Both the CBI and this new one require teams to have better than a .500 record. There aren't enough teams in the country for them to fill up, I'd imagine. Did the CBI get taken away or something? Even the article says "for 16 teams not chosen for the NCAA and NIT tournaments"...doesn't mention the CBI.
