A "Trajan Sucks" T-shirt?

Anyone know the origin of this item (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3241/3118221495_c40cc84b88_b.jpg)? That's Kansas's colors and old uniform lettering. However, we didn't play Kansas in 1998 or 1999 when Trajan was most famous. Many we did before then, but I don't remember it, and anyway it seems weird for Kansas fans to single out Trajan of all people.

Or maybe it was some other Trajan, but the only two Wikipedia knows are the Roman emperor and the Duke basketball player.

Oh, that's exactly it. I did know Trajan was the name of the typeface KU now uses on its uniforms. Duh.
