Hope to see you all this coming Saturday at 7:00 p.m. at Drake Stadium on the UCLA campus, when women's soccer takes on the Bruins in the quarter-finals of the NCAA championship.

Hope to see you all again on Friday, December 19 when the women's basketball team meets USC at the Galen Center.

To purchase reserved tickets for the Duke women's basketball game on Dec. 19th game versus USC at the Galen Center, you can go through the Duke Club of SoCal's website:

http://www.dukealumni.com/__page/10183972.409.0.7118923.aspx

Tickets must be purchased by Dec. 8th through the website to receive the group rate and be included in the Duke ticket block. The group rate is $5/ticket (otherwise it's $10/ticket at the ticket office and won't be in our block).

Duke also plays Siena on Dec. 20th and tickets for that game are available through the ticket office.

Congratulations to the women's soccer team for advancing to the Elite Eight!

Ticket information will be posted on the Duke Club of SoCal's website once it is available (sometime tomorrow we hope!).

Due to the late notice and holidays, it looks difficult for the Duke Club to get a group rate arranged for tickets - and the seats are General Admission anyway.

It looks like tickets are $10/Adults and $8/Youth and UCLA students. CASH ONLY accepted at the ticket office.

All tickets may be purchased the day of the game at Drake Stadium. Ticket sales windows open 90 minutes before the game.

When: Saturday, Nov. 29th at 7:00pm

Where: Drake Stadium, UCLA -- 555 Westwood Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90095

Directions:

P.S. If you're in SoCal, stop by the Duke Club website to check out the Westside and OC Holiday Parties on Dec. 11th!

Happy Holidays and Go Devils!

The team parents have extended an invitation to anyone coming to the game to join them for their pre-game "Pot Luck Tailgate."

It will be at 5pm in the Lot 7 parking area. Map here:

Bring your preferred food and drinks, and look for the 8 foot banner!

Thanks, JulesInLA!! Having seen this parent group at Duke tailgates and games I can't tell you how welcoming and fun the atmosphere is!!

This classy Duke women's soccer team is a special group of young women with lots of heart and great team chemistry. A win on Saturday will place them in the Final Four.

I hope they get lots of LA area Blue Devil support at UCLA....What a huge game this is for the Duke women's soccer program. They narrowly lost to Notre Dame last year in the Elite 8. A win this Saturday would definitely punch this program's ticket as a national power.

GO DUKE!!!

I believe it is a Fox Sports Central game --also Fox Sports Detroit for me--could be on other Fox places as well--11 p.m. start here in Ohio.
