I agree with the assessment. He's a solid all-round player who really needs a bit of physical enhancement. As hyper-intense as he is, he gets really run down by the end of the year. Given that he already has better lung capacity than Lance Armstrong, IIRC, I think I'd send him to the weight room and not let him go anywhere near a running track. He needs several pounds more than 180 on that frame, not just for the NBA but to have some gas in the tank in March.

Agreed with 99% of it, but was no else surprised to see them call his release quick? his release got quicker last year, but its still not what i would call a quick release. Greg's is quick. Jon's is very average in terms of speed, or at least I certainly wouldn't call it quick.
