I think Thad to Eron will be a heck of a combination. Shades of Hart to Chesson? Thad sat down and chatted the other day -

hopefully Lewis To Riley will become a regular TD play. I can't read the article because I'm in school and the computers are blocking your site, but I'll read it when i go home.

I'd like to see Ralphael Chestnut get some more chances this week, we need him. If we rely on Riley too much, other teams of course are going to cover him well. Chestnut had two passes that hit him right on the numbers and he dropped them, ugh. It was a bad start for him, but he's been good in the past.

I definately agree with you. Any one-dimensional team will not be a succesful team. Thats why our running game is so iportant this year.

All QB's have a go to guy. Keep in mind that ten players caught at least one pass versus JMU. That's pretty versatile play calling.

I agree, they did spread it around. But not all of the incompletions were overthrown, there were some really pretty ones that should have been some big yardage. Just a nitpick after the first game, I know they have been working hard this week on it.

Or how about Dilweg to Hines?

Well. as long as we're showing our age, in 1960 Bill Murray moved away from 3 yards and a cloud of dust to the passing-receiving duo of:

Altman to Moorman. Tee Sr., was Murray's 'swing end' as Murray moved more toward a passing game. That team went to the cotton Bowl (winning over Arkansa 7-6) and Tee became a first team AA.
