Yup, the Wukeson Arena, seats 18,000 folks, only for men's and women's basketball events.

Is there going to be an air quality issue there, or is that only outside?

I think the air quality issue is being blown a bit out of proportion. Of course, I could be biased, but really, it's not THAT horrible. It's summer, so there won't be sand storm. They cut down a ton of traffic. Residents in Beijing are going to work every other day so that there won't be as much traffic. I would worry more about the extreme summer heat in Beijing than the air. Besides, the games are being played in a newly built modern building. I'm sure they've designed some sort of air flow system in it.

Thanks for the correction and clarification, I got that spelling from an English translation of a Beijing Olympics site. I'm sure we'll be seeing a ton of varying spellings and pronunciations once the broadcasting begins.
