Since he didn't get a qualifying offer, he is free to sign anywhere. I understand he is scrimmaging, but there are doubts whether he is ready for real games.

I don't know if any GM is gong to take a big chance on a PG recovering from such major knee injuries.

Maybe he'll just show up on some campus to play CBB. :)

I believe this was expected, as they just signed one of the top point guards in the league in Baron Davis. I noticed that Smush Parker was released too... obviously the Clips don't need a bench full of PGs. If Livingston is healed he should have a chance to play somewhere. A 6'7" PG is still a valuable asset in the league.
