Does anyone know when the draft (i.e. the official picks) will actually begin? I know ESPN coverage starts at 7pm et, but I am sure that provides for plenty of hype and chatter beforehand.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, as I live in Chicago, am trying to pull together a gathering of some buddies that night and, needless to say, want to make sure we catch the opening bell.
