Coaches leaving high-profile schools... is this a trend?

Herb leaves Ncsu for Arizona State
Tubby leaves Ky for Minnesota
Alford leaves Iowa for New Mexico

All three were voluntary, and all three had another job waiting for them. There was some pressure from alumni at least with Tubby and Herb, but this is starting to seem like a trend. Does this evince a backlash against the scrutiny and pressure at high-profile positions nowadays?

Pressure to succeed and top your piers is definitely part of it. Why else would Sendek leave NC State for ASU or Dave Odom leave WF for South Carolina (really...South Carolina ) They were tired of constantly being pressured to measure up to Duke and UNC.
