1st floor, corner office overlooking the lake. Sea level.
I work out of my house. My office is on the first floor, about 2.5 feet above ground level. I believe our "altitude", if I remember from my flying days, is 105' above msl.
Ozzie, your paradigm of optimism!

1st floor*, but moving up to the third (and a window office, yay!) next week.
I have no idea what the elevation is here.
(*building is built into a hill, so at the front of the building, it's "ground" level, but at the side where I am, I look up to see the street going by.)
I work on the first floor but live on the third floor for now.
4th floor, but a cube right across from my bosses window office. I'm the only person with P&L responsibility that doesn't have a window...sucks being the new guy when they ran out.
EJ,
I can't tell you how many times I have thought the same thing. And in another stroke of fate (?), I was in London on September 11th, so even if we were still there, I might not have been in my NYC office - but about 1500 of my friends and colleagues would have been.
The story is filled with ironies - Folks who were there and shouldn't have been (at a breakfast seminar at Windows on the World - 106th floor, or a meeting), and those that should have been there, but weren't (bus/train late, had to take kids to school first, etc). Makes you really shake.
I work in a 1 story warehouse, so i guess ground level.
I have spent the last 38 years - since coming here as a graduate student from Duke - on the 1st floor of the Oceanography building - but we are located on top of the Palisades so my actual elevation is over 100m
Jim
I work on the 7th floor these days.
I work on the third floor.
1st floor, only floor, on concrete slab in Durham.
We're on the 33rd post and counting... c'mon EarlJam, step it up. I'm waiting to see an Excel chart or a googledoc with some standard deviations here...
And I do expect a follow-up for floor that one lives on... with bonus credit for correlating the two data points.
I work on the 6th floor.
(As an aside, this is also my first post on the Off Topic board, and I cannot think of a more Off Topic. I feel vindicated by my choice.)
I do not have an office ... yet.
But I wish I had Tappan Zee Devil's Palisades office!

2nd floor, corner office with windows.
It looks like I'm the only person here whose office is in the basement, but then I work with computers and they don't need a view. I actually spend the majority of my time above ground however at an elevation of about 1000 ft AMSL.
When I work..and at home...second floor. Add 2350 ft above sea level and you have it.
Ground level. The clinic I work in is in a one story building. It must be fairly close to sea level since we are located in New Bern.
