Except it's Keith David, not Louis Gosset, Jr. I was under the same false impression for going on 20 years until I saw the movie again recently.
South Park trivia -- did you know the "cripple fight" between Jimmy and Timmy was staged after the ridicukously long fite between Piper and David in They Live?
Anyone seen Boondock Saints? Is that a B Movie or an Independent film?
Dead Alive is fantastic. Pre-LOTR Peter Jackson. Zombies are destroyed by a lawnmower. Good stuff.

A "B-movie" is defined as being made on the cheap and not doing well at the Box Office.
"Big Trouble" was not a "B" by such a definition but it didn't do great at the BO either.
How about "From Dusk 'til Dawn"? Now THAT was a "B" and didn't do well at the BO but is a cult classic, as is Night of the Comet.
I noticed no one mentioned the classics such as The Blob, Attack of the killer Tomatoes, Leprachaun, The Gate, Silver Bullet and the of course, Howard the Duck.
I would argue it's the finest of the set. Toilet snakes, Rowdy, rocket launchers blowing up dorks on skateboards. Best movie ever.
This goes back aways, but has anyone else ever seen Putney Swope?
Killer Klowns From Outer Space - classic
Leonard Part 6 - one of my favorite Bill Cosby movies ever
Big Trouble in Little China - I'll count it - best B-movie ever
