2009 Final 4 Tix (NOT a ticket exchange question)

On April 28 i received an email titled:

Re: Undeliverable: NCAA Final Four Ticket Confirmation

I had submitted an application online on April 17th, but before this had not received a confirmation. This email contains information i had provided, but looks kind of suspicious (i switched the [View Source] to [Source Off] and there is lots of coding, but i'm no expert on this sort of thing).

Has anyone else received a very late confirmation that was described as "undeliverable due to bulk emailing"? Thanks for any and all help.

Back in April 2000, I applied for the 2001 Final Four and didn't receive my packet that I was getting tickets until at least August. Something doesn't sound right.
