The Experts - 1989 - John Travolta, Arye Gross. Horrible
Face Off - Travolta again
Rocky V
I started thinking about this list and there are so many, I'm giving up.

Angela's Ashes. Thank goodness it was on TV and I didn't pay movie theater prices for it. Had to turn away after about 20 or so minutes.
I don't think any one of these is the absolute worst I've ever seen, but a few months ago we rented the following 3 movies in a row, and we all agreed that we became stupider as a result:
The Wedding Singer
Dr. Detroit
Balls of Fury
Napoleon Dynamite.
I couldn't even watch the entire thing. I stopped it, popped out the DVD and mailed it back before it could do any damage to other funny movies in my house. That movie sucked funny out of the air. I know others loved it, I don't know why.
I like many of those mentioned here -
Romeo and Juliet
Royal Tannenbaums
Wedding singer
Gump
and I thought House of Flying daggers was a great movie.
Cabin Fever. There could be an exceedingly long list of bad "horror" movies.
If this thread has cemented one fact for me, it's this: Adam Sandler is the worst person in the world.
Some of my least favorites:
Yor, Hunter from the Future
King Solomon's Mines (the remake with Richard Chamberlin and Sharon Stone)
In God We Trust
Best Defense
and maybe a surprise for some - Legends of the Fall - mostly because I couldn't stand Tristan, but the movie's script made him out to be some sort of hero.
JBDuke
Andre Dawkins: “People ask me if I can still shoot, and I ask them if they can still breathe. That’s kind of the same thing.”
I LOVE that movie, OK, I love the first half, I'll admit bogs down at the end. That's a movie we quote around my house.
"I haven't powdered my bottom since I was 17!"
"Man, I hate them fancy lads."
"I'm leaving a cabin boy but I'll return a cabin man."
"My pipes have been cleaned!"
My husband loves it too. It's not sense of humor that's attractive in a man, it's having the same sense of humor.
Oops! I just read your post again, obviously, or at least I hope it's obvious, I'm talking about a different movie.
Gladiator was awful.
Solaris is definitely on my list.
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon was like pulling teeth. I know I am supposedly alone in this, but I really called a bunch of people I know and asked them what certain things meant in chinese culture. They told me there was nothing to it -- just part of the movie.
Also, Phantom Menace made me want to cry -- especially after listening to the director's commentary (don't do it if you don't already hate the film).
Okay...let's hear the outcry. The movie I hated the most: Clockwork Orange. I left that movie (which I had to sit through to the end...ah, an industry screening) livid. Hated it from beginning to end.
(And I agree about The Royal Tann.) And the "Blair Witch, etc." ranks rather high as well.
