This is the first, second, third, and last reason why almost every one of our games is on TV...and the number one reason that never gets mentioned.

It reminds me of the old Duke SPE t-shirt circa 1992: Love or Hated but never ignored. For those of you that are familiar with the SPEs of that era, it certainly is a description that rang true. Their president, Ted Wang, was on the cover of the Chronicle roughly once a week saying something equivalent to Eric 'Otter' Stratton's passionate defense of Delta Tau Chi in front of the Faber College discliplinary board.

If I am not mistaken, Seth Davis was a SPE circa 1992...they literally were on double secret probation...I think Wang had a chair with his name on it outside Dean Sue's office...a true Duke anti-hero.
