First crush? Bobby Sherman (For those of you too young to remember him, I know, just about everybody Here Come the Brides and 'Julie, Julie Do You Love Me?') Then nothing for a few years until . . . Jim Spanarkel. I still love Jim Spanarkel, dude has aged well.

    Cougar Crush? JJ Redick.

Either Mia Sara (Sloan Peterson) from Ferris Bueller's Day Off or Phoebe Cates.

I forgot about Randolph Mantooth from Emergency. Yet another guy in uniform.

2 excellent choices. I also liked Tiffany Amber Thiessen (sp?) (Kelly from Saved by the Bell) when I was a lot younger.

That's mine! Kelly Kapowski from Saved by the Bell. I wanted to be Zack Morris so that I could date Kelly.

Nope, no Panch. I liked the blond guy better on CHiPs. A couple of years ago, I rented the Adam-12 DVD's and decided that I now prefer the other guy! He's got that Steve McQueen thing going for him.

Shelly Fabares from the Donna Reed show when I was in sixth grade and had a French girlfriend. By girlfriend, I mean she would upbraid me for something or other, I would kick over her purse, and sometimes we would make up by playing catch with the football at recess. A couple of hormone-riddled years later I bonded profoundly with a poster of Jayne Mansfield in a bikini.

First, age 5: Diana Quick (Julia Flyte, Brideshead Revisited).

Then, age 7: Angharad Rees (Demelza Poldark, Poldark)

later on: Mia Sara, Christina Applegate

but most importantly: Khrystyne Haje (Simone Fisher, Head of the Class).

Oh, and you can read Danica McKellar's book if you want to. It's about making math more fun/easier.

A few years ago I was behind her on the security line at LAX Airport for about 20 minutes and never said a word. Then she sat one seat away from me at the gate waiting area before we were on the same five hour flight four rows apart. Nothing.

    I loathe myself.
You could have tried to talk to her about math and then embarrassed yourself

No - we agree yet (!) again!!! I am 36 (so, she's old enough to be mom), and I always thought she was smokin' - at least up through the Bull Durham era.

She can keep her commie politics, though!

She attended my high school, but I never got up the courage to talk to her. She was supposedly very nice, though.

Tom Wopat, aka Luke Duke, for me.

Never did like the pretty boy blonde, John Schneider, tho he's aged pretty well. (see: Nip/Tuck Season 5.)

And smart. I understand she's like a math or physics whiz. I think she went to MIT or similar school.

I know a lot of men liked Marry Ann, but I had a thing for Ginger. When she used to goad Gilligan into doing something, she would speak softly and run her hand over his head and ears. They'd use the soft lens on her and play the seductive music. Gave me the, uh, chills all over!
