Paulus started but had a terrible few minutes before picking up his third foul. There is little doubt that the team improved with him on the bench. He seems to be going into the funk he was in for part of last year. His play may well be a part of the reason the team has started poorly in recent games.

Singler and Scheyer are having excellent games through the first half. Wejust need to keep the defense turned up and keep our turnovers down and this will be a solid win.

Despite being down 18 St. John's played pretty well in comparison to what they've done at home. I think you can see we have potential but its not there right now. I'd like to see St. John's drive more in the second half if Duke continues to man up because we can't shoot the ball and Smith or Paulas aren't stopping Geno or Boothe.

Man Duke can shoot the ball its nice watching them. Singler is unreal and so far our site's game breakers were Jon Scheyer and Paris Horne

Scheyer 12 pts 4 reb 3 ast

Horne 5 pts but only 3 min... if only coach would listen to us..

Paulus had a bad game against Wake, but was just fine at Miami (6 to 1 A/TO). Maybe we shouldn't be so quick to blame our troubles on him.
