i the last minute (i think) the clock stops with made baskets until the ball is inbounded.
In today's game, in OT, the clock stopped with South Florida's made basket with 6.0 seconds. No whistle or horn sounded, no timeout called. UCon took a few seconds to regroup, inbounded the ball and the clock resumed upon the player receiving the pass, who drove the length of the court and hit the winner with 0.2 seconds left.
Why did the clock stop? Without a whistle, shouldn't it have continued running?

who is UCon?
Grossbus is correct -- the rule was changed in after the 1993 season ...
In the last minute of regulation or any overtime, the clock stops on a made basket and resumes when the ball is touched inbounds.
So the clock at South Florida performed correctly.
But the clock does not automatically stop on a made bsket in the last minute of the first half?
