I am glad that Duke isn't making headlines going into this year's tourney. A few mentions have been made here and there; nothing particulary positive or negative, which is a perfect state-of-media for this Duke team.

But I just participated in my buddy's annual NCAA player draft and people were trying to rag me about Duke every 15 seconds. They are all up in New England, and typically root for BC or UConn. I was on a bad connection, so when I asked them about the Huskies seed, they didn't hear.

"I will take the most overrated player from the most overrated team. McRoberts."
"You are just blind to Duke, aren't you - you still think they are a decent team."
Innumerable "Duke is horrible" in various degrees of vulgarity

I think the press are not paying attention to us, but fans who are accustomed to losing to us are gloating a little bit. Half of these guys picked VCU to upset us.

I can't wait to see their faces when we beat Pitt.
