    Cookin'!

It is Friday night in Atlanta and I, EarlJam, am cooking my ARSE off!

Happy New Year's Everyone! Well, in a few days anyway.

So, what's on the menu, and when should we be there?

Can't wait for Wilson's cornbread & home cookin', eh?

    So tell us ...

    WHAT ARE YOU COOKING?

No New Year's specialty food over here... any traditional food out there for the New Year's?

    New Year's Cheers,

Hoppinjohn, collards, roast pork and cornbread. New years soul food.

New Year's it's some kind of pork (in years past we've used Canadian Bacon, ham or just plain bacon), collards, blackeyed peas, stewed tomatoes and rice, and cornbread.

Tonight, however, it's just some uninspired pasta.
