Musk's lawsuit against hate speech researchers dismissed:
Musk's suit, "is so unabashedly and vociferously about one thing that there can be no mistaking that purpose," wrote U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer in his Monday ruling, "This case is about punishing the Defendants for their speech."

This is the quote I was looking for and I'm glad I found it. I think they should fine him as well but that's just me...
Since the center won under California's so-called anti-SLAPP laws — which protect people and groups from frivolous lawsuits aimed at suppressing free speech — Musk will be on the hook to pay the group's legal fees.
You may not like her politics, but Liz Dye’s snarky takedown of this litigation is pitch-perfect.

"Fidelity’s Blue Chip Growth Fund cut the value of its position in X by 5.7% in February, implying a 73% decline in the former Twitter Inc. since Elon Musk bought the social-media company."

Musk's genius continues to amaze!
Bad officials are elected by good citizens who do not vote. - George Jean Nathan
I mean, attacking his genius probably isn’t the move. He’s got LOTS of imperfections and a few areas where he is colossally stupid, but other areas where he is clearly a genius. He has also willed a hell of a lot into existence. And that’s coming from someone who really does not like him
Yep. Don’t mean he ain’t a genius in certain ways. That’s what I was trying to say, he can be criticized for soooo many things, but, at least IMO, the idea that he isn’t an exceptional intellect in certain ways is not one of them.
I think people often equate smart with moral and that’s not right.
There is a difference between a visionary, a genius and a taskmaster. He's more Edison then Tesla and I have yet to see anything he's done to be called a genius. PayPal was not his idea. Tesla Motors was not his idea. Even SpaceX, which I give him the most credit for, was not his idea but he did create it. I've got a longer post dissecting the myth.
I would recommend reading the court deception that was released to get a true sense of the man.

Eh, those terms are broad, he’s very smart in certain ways, dumb in others. That was the point I was trying to make.
It’s the easiest thing in the world to distill someone’s life and thoughts into a moral pov. For me, Ted Kennedy and bill clinton were awful men, but brilliant and achieved things I supported. They are not, imo, moral people tjough.
