Of the names I've seen listed (and I recognize all of them), Jumbo is probably the one who added the most great content to DBR.

I'm not very good at searching old posts, but I seem to recall Oly saying that as long as Wheat ("a troll"; his words, not mine) was allowed to post, he wasn't going to. And he hasn't been heard from since.

So now I'm curious. What caused Earljam to get banned? I went back to look at his posts, but couldn't find any more recent than 2009 and I didn't see anything particularly damning in them. Has it really been that long since he/she has been banned?

You can’t find the posts that got him banned for life because they were deleted! EJ is alive, well and recovered from the slight and living in Atlanta. He posts on Facebook now.

Since I've lost all tolerance for all things UNCheat (including W) after they bought their way out of punishment for decades of cheating I can tell you that losing OF for W is a bad trade. I enjoy posts from people that visit from schools other than UNCheat very much (the UVa fans around here are fantastic). 9F

There are a few UNC posters who provide quality input here without trolling. It doesn’t seem that hard to do, if your intent truly is not to troll.

Probably shouldn’t say more, beyond the fact that I understand and share Oly’s frustration.
