Anyone else have that Ring doorbell?

i got two of these things. one for the studio, one for the house...I've got slow internet at the studio 15/1, but i've got (outside the front door) 50/20 at the house..

neither of these work with clear, facetime-like smoothness....

i've got the Ring 2 model...

just wondering if anyone else has it working like the web site promos...

I've had one on my kitchen counter for a couple months now. I have an irregular stone mounting surface and waffle on how it should be mounted.

We have a ring pro at our house. Works very well. We really love it.
