I'm going to explain how to read the odds (which many of you already know) using the first bet available -- "Duke players drafted 1st round" -- over or under 3.5. What do "+130" for the over and "-160" for the under mean?

If you think Frank is going in the first round (joining Jayson, Luke, and Harry), you can bet $100 on "over 3.5" to win $130 (meaning you receive back $230 total for that bet if you win). If, however, you think Frank is going second round, then you can bet $160 on "under 3.5" to win $100 (meaning you receive back $260 total for that bet if you win). That's what the +130 for "over 3.5" and the -160 for "under 3.5" mean. Keep in mind to factor in surprises -- maybe Frank goes first round but Harry doesn't, for example, although I really doubt that would happen.

I'll take Duke fewer than 3.5 first rounders for $1,000, please.

I THINK you lose that bet ... but that's why we bet.

    I feel strongly:

    1. Duke over 3.5 players in the first round
    2. Kentucky over 2.5 players in the first round
    3. Tatum before 4.5
    4. Isaacs before 6.5
    5. Kennard before 12.5

Praying Isaac does not go before 6.5. Need him on the T'Wolves

    Here are my bets fellas:

$250 on Over 3.5 Duke Players Drafted in 1st Round (+130) to Win $325
$250 on Malik Monk Drafted Over 8 (-130) to Win $192.31
$250 on Justin Jackson Drafted Over 19.5 (+160) to Win $400
$250 on Caleb Swanigan Under 32.5 (+115) to Win $287.50

I went a little risky with my selections because the big minus bets are too obvious in my opinion and I want to have a little fun.

I think GMs realize that Justin Jackson is pretty close to his ceiling and isn't worth drafting in the top 20 picks. On the flipside, I think Swanigan is being underrated given that he's a stretch big who was a proven 3 point shooter in college.

If we have to throw in Zach Lavine, I'm not so sure. If we don't touch our big three, I'm all ears.

So Fultz the first. No surprises. Do the Lakers pass Ball? God, I hope so.

Rumor has it the deal is Butler and #16 for Lavine, Dunn, and #7. Kind of disappointed that we don't get to keep Lavine, but we kind of ripped them off. Second round of the playoffs?

So much for Butler wanting to stay in Chicago...
