First of all, those are absolutely horrible color choices. Makes me think of that institute of sports first down the road.

It is an interesting phenomena - the rows of light blue/black look straight to me but the others don't.

The blue diamond in every other row is tilted in the direction that the whole row seems to tilt. To its right there is a hexagon that is tilted in the opposite direction, bringing the connecting thin line back down so that the next diamond can send it back up. Somehow, the hexagons don’t seem to make the row descend. Also the little pentagons above each diamond have the lines coming out of them tilted to align with the diamonds.
