I read it here the other day and I cant find the old link - what was the name of the Tar Heels when tehy allegedly won the title back in the 1920s?

I'm having a "senior moment" and can't bring it exactly to mind, but it was something like "White Crusaders". White something or other, I'm sure to think of it in the middle of the night. Help.

They were called the White Phantoms

Yes, it was the white phantoms. That name was used as late as the early fifties. I remember seeing that name at a very early Dixie Classic tournament. Wow, remembering that sure let's everyone know that I've been around a while.
