    Unfortunately players run into contract issues with their clubs overseas sometimes. Nolan Smith took his club to FIBA arbitration after they dismissed him without pay last season. Arbitration ruled that his conduct did not warrent that treatment, so they ordered the club to pay him some of the money that he is owed. Of course, the club has had its share of issues with paying players so who knows how long it will take.
