More proof that Wally Wade is modernizing with the latest and greatest
http://duke.247sports.com/Bolt/Walla...-2016-38233869As part of a long-term initiative with Ephesus Lighting to upgrade the lighting at Duke University sports and recreation facilities, Wade Wallace Stadium will become the second sports field at Duke to choose the Ephesus Lighting high-performance LED solution.
Looks like they're testing the new scoreboard.

Wally Wade is coming together nicely. Seat installations appear to be complete, lines are on the field, and the goal posts are up. The scoreboard has come to life and looks awesome! I like the digital signage down low on the home side where the band sits. Is it going to be the same way on the other side as well?
It is huge:

'When I got on the bus for my first road game at Duke, I saw that every player was carrying textbooks or laptops. I coached in the SEC for 25 years, and I had never seen that before, not even once.' - David Cutcliffe to Duke alumni in Washington, DC, June 2013
Is it that close to the goal post or will extra points be smacking the scoreboard (hopefully only by Ross Martin)?
I expect Martin to be able to hit the scoreboard regularly (between the sticks, of course), from 50+ yards when we need him. But hoping for a lot more Sirk to Max/Barnes/Deaver and company TD passes, balanced of course with plenty of Powell/Duncan/Wilson TD jaunts, too.
