1957 UNC (ugh)
1964 UCLA (beat Duke in the big game)

Intentionally leaving out old school teams that were undefeated that didn't play in the tournament.
I could also include 2004 St Joseph's (Jameer Nelson) that was undefeated in the regular season and lost in their conference tournament as well as in the Elite 8.
2005 Illinois was also 29-0 at this point in the season. Lost to UNC in the National Championship game, although hopefully that one will be vacated shortly
Also, wasn't St. Joe's undefeated a few years ago?
