Simulation basketball games

Does anyone on here play any simulation basketball games? I just found out about these games recently and am pretty intrigued. One in particular called Total College Basketball seems pretty interesting. The game includes recruiting and seems to have a pretty loyal following. There is no individual control of players as you act as the Coach and control offensive/defensive sets, recruiting, conditioning, and budgets. Unlike the EA sports games you're not a joystick jockey and the statistics engine is supposed to be alot deeper. Pretty neat stuff.

At my age, anytime I take the court it's a simulation. I know what I should be doing, but the avatar my body has become is programmed for the wrong sport.
