I agree - really bad shot. I swear, when we are patient and make a few passes, we get MUCH better looks. It's not that complicated but it's mid-March and we still don't seem to have figured it out

We give away about 3-4 possessions a game where a guy gets the ball in his hands and simply decides that, come what may, he's going to shoot it.

I can't disagree more. What we need to do is not miss a ton of 3s. If that not means not taking a ton of threes, then so be it.

The idea that we can only win if we make 3s is exactly the mindset that has gotten us into trouble the entire year. We have plenty of other ways to score.
