I wish you well Mr Sumner! I had the same surgery when I was in my 30's and took about a week to get back up to full speed. I can say though that it helped me a lot with stomach issues from that point on. Huge relief. Hope it cure your ill's as well.

    Godspeed!

    This is my favorite one.

If Facebook is a guide, Sumner is on the mend. Thank goodness.

Yes Jim! Try not to laugh too much or it will hurt. But, then again, laughter is the best medicine.
Maybe just go over to "inside car-bore-lina" and laugh at them a bit.

    +1.
Jim, Especially enjoy your writings on Duke sports history. Was fortunate to attend as a kid to the '55 Orange Bowl and the '66 Final Four as a college frosh.

    Brief update.

    The worst is over.

    I'm in full recovery mode.

    It's going to take awhile.

I appreciate the kind words, thoughts and prayers more than you can possibly imagine. Helped get me through some rough times. You guys are the best.

Jim, it's great to hear you're doing better. Hang in there, warmer weather is on the way. That's always good for therapy. GoDuke!
