    The nose injury may actually help TH when it comes to player of the year. It gets him a lot of attention and air time, for sure. Plus, he seriously schooled us yesterday.

    I think Thornton is the best player in the conference, but he is hampered by having a team that is not as good and doesn't get as much media attention.

    TH has had a pretty darn good year and is a solid player. If he wins, it wouldn't be a travesty by any means.

    i think the writers have done a pretty good job here. The top 5 are absolutely right. On the 2nd team, i had Visser & Crittenton over Reynolds & Wright. And i don't understand the McClinton pick over Mays or McCauley.

    For those who might be interested, here are the stats for ACC players in conference games only.

    Looking at McClinton's numbers in conference play, I'm not quite sure how he deserves 3rd team over Demarcus Nelson.
