    Deceiving thread title. At first glance, I thought Jim had either decided to stop recruiting and hang up his sneakers, or strayed off path in the Great Smokey Mountains and got eaten by a bear. My subconscious can run pretty wild sometimes

    Hope the guy is ok. Never want to wish ill-will. But that doesn't mean that the world of college basketball won't be a better place when he leaves it.

    No, I got ya. It was creatively titled. I think it may have just been "wishful thinking" on my part, thus the feeling of having been misled and duped.

    Antone else see a comparison between Calhoun's cycling and his leadership of the basketball program? Strapped into the pedals going as hard as he can, even if it is into heap beside the trail.
