    Raines is one we all agree on. Probably the second-best leadoff man ever, but was in the shadow of his contemporary, Rickey Henderson, who was the best. Raines also suffers some from the drug stuff. He should be in the HOF anyway, but his career could have been better without that vial in his back pocket.
