    NYT Article on Jenny Chuasiriporn

    Jenny was a great golfer for Duke back in the 90's, and almost became just the second amateur to win the US Women's Open back in 1998, when she forced Se Ri Pak into a 20-hole playoff before finally succumbing. Today, she's a nurse practitioner, and hasn't competed in 6 years. It's a great "where are they now?" story. Here's the link:

    Wow. That was a fascinating article. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

    I watched the final round of that U.S. Women's Open, so I remember how extraordinary it was. She had a lot of promise as a golfer, but it sounds like she found satisfaction somewhere else. Good for her.
