I was looking at the NCState thread just now and davekay1971 said:
"The only benefit is that my wife (State fan) and I only have to have this strain on our marriage once a year!"

Which brought a huge laugh back a memory of mine!

In a place long ago and far from CIS, in the early 80's I had a pair of brothers from The State of Carolina working for me! One was a State fan the other well,you know we just played and beat em !

About the only thing they could agree on was they had they were from the same state, had the same parents and regarding college ball, could not for the life of them understand how anyone was a Duke fan, according to them, the school/program was irrelevant (LOL)!
They would have you believe(at the time) that there were only two schools on tobacco road and Duke wasn't one of them!

I had a lot of entertainment with that one! And it's fun to reminisce!!

I have to believe there are some great stories out there!
