thanks! and if you're in the area, be sure to try to make it out for uconn/duke...even though I'll be cheering for the opposition, Coach P and company really deserve some support for that one
With the ACC season starting, I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread with a list of the TV games for the Women's Basketball team this season. Here they are:
(All times Eastern)
Friday, January 6th, 6:30 pm, RSN, @Wake Forest
Friday, January 13th, 7:00 pm, RSN, vs Florida State
Wednesday, January 18th, 7:00pm, espn3.com, @Georgia Tech
Sunday, January 22nd, 3:30pm, ESPNU, vs Maryland
Friday, January 27th, 8:30pm, RSN, @Clemson
Monday, January 30th, 7:00pm, ESPN2, vs UConn
Monday, February 6th, 7:00pm, ESPN2, vs UNC
Sunday, February 12th, 1:00pm, RSN, @Florida State
Sunday, February 19th, 3:00pm, ESPN2, @ Maryland
Friday, February 24th, 7:00pm, espn3.com, vs Miami
Sunday, February 26th, 7:00pm, ESPN2, @UNC
Which RSNs are included? Here is the list from the ACC website for this Friday's game:

You may want to double-check local listings and the espn3 blackout map. The game may also be available on ESPN Full Court. I have checked the listed affiliates and it should be on Fox Sports South, Fox Sports North Plus, and CSN Mid-Atlantic Plus, but may not show in its entirety on the Florida channels.

April 1
Bump to top
The listings are now up for Friday's game against Florida State:
http://www.theacc.com/live/2012-acc-...e-at-duke.html
These all look to be right. People with Fox Sports North can catch the game on Fox Sports North Plus. The game is delayed on CSN Mid-Atlantic until the conclusion of the game between the Wizards and Sixers. Floridians will need to double-check their location and provider to see which channel to turn to. Both the Lightning and Panthers have games at that time and the Duke game will be on the channel which is not showing you a hockey game. ESPN3 does not have a blackout map currently listed for the game.
Reminder that Wednesday's game will be on ESPN3 at 7pm Eastern.
Bumping this up now that the tv listings are available for Friday's game at Clemson at 8:30pm ET:
http://www.theacc.com/live/2012-acc-...t-clemson.html
Like some of the other games, it will be available on Fox Sports South and Fox Sports Florida. It will be on CSN Mid-Atlantic Plus but it was bumped on NESN by college hockey and can be seen on tape delay on that channel. There is no coverage on Fox Sports North this time, but it will be Fox Sports Arizona. ESPN3 is also an option and is not blacked out.
Bumping this now that the list of affiliates for Sunday's game at Florida State is now available:
http://www.theacc.com/live/2012-acc-...ida-state.html
Sunday's game vs. FSU is also on espn3.com and the WatchESPN app.
A reminder that this Sunday's game at Maryland will be on ESPN2. This is a big 3 game stretch for the team to close out the conference schedule and all 3 games will be on the ESPN family.
With the result of tonight's game, Duke will open the ACC tournament on Friday at 3:00PM Eastern. The list of RSNs that will show the game is not available yet but it will also be on ESPN3.com
Of course there is still one more televised game of some importance to go...
The first game should be shown on Fox Sports South, CSN Mid-Atlantic, , NESN, SUN Sports (always double check local listings in Florida), and ESPN3.com
Any further games will be on a national ESPN channel.
The first game will be against North Carolina State. We won the first matchup 83-59 way back in January.
The NCAA selection show will be at 7pm Eastern on Monday on ESPN for an hour with an additional hour of coverage on ESPNU.
Our own Abby Waner will be the lead analyst on 4 hours of coverage on Tuesday on ESPNU starting at 1pm Eastern.
Here is the ESPN2 coverage map for Sunday's game against Samford which will be in the last slot of the day around 7:30 pm Eastern depending on the game before ours (our game is at the bottom of the page):
http://espn.go.com/womens-college-ba...-coverage-maps
If you have cable and not satellite and you are in a highlighted area, you will receive that game in its entirety instead of getting whip-around coverage.
You can watch any game on ESPN3.
Well at least we get the last of the day, which should give us at least some of the game. I don't know much about Samford, but I don't think we'll see a good game until the second round.
Q "Why do you like Duke, you didn't even go there." A "Because my art school didn't have a basketball team."
Here is the map for Tuesday's game:
http://espn.go.com/womens-college-ba...-coverage-maps
We tip first in the window so those of us out of the area could get at least the first five minutes of the game. If you live in the highlighted area (North Carolina and Tennessee) and have cable, you should be all set by going to ESPN2. If you live in the area and have satellite, the page lists the channels that should be unlocked for you to watch. ESPN3 can also be used to watch the game in its entirety.
