They play Georgia State on Thursday night at Koskinen.

If they win on Thursday, they hop on a plane for a second-round game at New Mexico on Sunday afternoon.

Three ACC schools are seeded. Wrong Shade of Blue is the overall top seed, BC is number four, and Murlund is number five. The ACC got a total of six bids, with Wake and UVa also getting in.

Duke is on the bubble, with an RPI of 41. The ACC got four bids last year, which hardly ever happens. If it gets four again this year, Duke will be in. Otherwise ...

Duke has made it and will face the 14 seed Tennessee at a currently unannounced time on Thursday. The other two teams in the pod are Ohio State and Middle Tennessee State. Here are the brackets:

The ACC has announced its TV schedule for spring sports. Unsurprisingly, plenty of Duke's Men's Lacrosse games will be on the ESPN family of networks. Also of note is a syndicated RSN baseball game at Georgia Tech. There will also be heavy coverage of the championships of Wrestling, Men's and Women's Lacrosse, Baseball, and Softball (obviously not including Duke) although sadly no Tennis, Track and Field, Swimming and Diving, Fencing, Golf, or Rowing. Here are the Duke games for your convenience and quick reference:

    Baseball:
March 31st, Saturday, 1:00pm ET, RSN, @ Georgia Tech

    Men's Lacrosse:
    March 3rd, Saturday, 1:00pm ET, ESPN3.com, @ Maryland
March 16th, Friday, 5:00pm ET, ESPNU, vs North Carolina
April 1st, Sunday, 1:00pm ET, ESPNU, vs Syracuse (game in East Rutherford, NJ)
April 13th, Friday, 6:00pm ET, ESPNU, @ Virginia
April 27th, Friday, 10:00pm ET, ESPNU, @ Denver

Here is the link to the full release (I will post championship schedules when Duke's games are decided):

awhom111, just a note to thank you for the informative posts you provide, concerning current Duke sports and former Duke athletes.

As I see recent posts in three threads here, I'm amazed at the amount of detail you report and appreciative of the updates.
Keep up the good work, and I'll throw in a spork, too.

Thanks. I try to look for things that Duke fans would be interested in that are a little harder to find.

Yesterday's Baseball game was rained out, but they play a double header today with the first game at 3PM Eastern. All the games are still scheduled for the Longhorn Network.

"Of some importance" might be the understatement of the year. In addition to the fact that the opponent is our arch rival down the road, both teams have gotten off to a bit of a rocky start and really need this win to get on track.

Duke up 9-3 at the half.

A reminder that Men's Lacrosse is at Georgetown tomorrow on ESPN3 at 12:00pm Eastern.

On Saturday, Duke Baseball will be at Georgia Tech at 1:00pm Eastern. The game is set for regional sports network and ESPN3 coverage. The ACC is notoriously poor at getting the information out so I did a little looking around. It appears the game should be live on Fox Sports South, Fox Sports Florida, Comcast Sportsnet Mid-Atlantic, Fox Sports Arizona, and Fox Sports North Plus. It will be tape-delayed on NESN at 4:00pm Eastern. There should not be any blackouts for the game so it should be viewable if you have one of these outlets.

On Sunday, Duke Lacrosse will have a preview of ACC matchups to come as they play Syracuse at 1:00pm Eastern on ESPNU and ESPN3.

    WLax vs. UNC

Men's Lacrosse has a key ACC game at Virginia on Friday at 6:00pm Eastern on ESPNU.

The ACC Women's Golf Championship is this weekend. The ACC website will have coverage on Saturday and Sunday starting at 1:30pm Eastern and running for about 3 hours.

The ACC Women's Lacrosse tournament is at Duke's Koskinen stadium next weekend. Duke has already clinched the 2 seed and is slated to play in the second semifinal on Saturday the 21st, currently listed at 3pm Eastern but will be based on the finish time of the first game. The game will be available on a number of regional sports networks as well as ESPN3 without blackouts. Currently it appears to be televised live on Fox Sports South, Comcast Sports Net Mid-Atlantic, SUN Sports, and NESN, but as always, you should also check your local listings.

It is a busy championship weekend in the ACC.

Men's Lacrosse is playing in the first semi-final on Friday against Maryland at 5:00pm Eastern on ESPNU and ESPN3.

Women's Lacross is playing the winner of Friday's quarterfinal between 6th place Virginia Tech and 3rd place Maryland on Saturday in the second semi-final listed at 3:00pm Eastern. According to the ACC website, the game will be on Fox Sports South, SUN Sports, CSN Mid-Atlantic, and ESPN3 live.

Days 2 and 3 of the Track and Field Championships will have some streaming coverage on the ACC website. They are scheduled to be broadcasting from 4:00pm to 8:00pm Eastern on Friday and 1:15pm to 5:30pm on Saturday. Here is the event schedule if you want to see what is schedule for any given time:
    http://www.theacc.com/championships/...pionships.html

The final two rounds of the Men's Golf Championship will be shown on the ACC website from about 1:30pm to 4:30pm Eastern on Saturday and Sunday.

The Rowing Championships is on Saturday starting at 9:00am Eastern and will be streamed on the ACC website.

Both Tennis teams have quarterfinal matchups with North Carolina State on Friday. The Women's team will be in the first action of the day at approximately 9:00am Eastern and the Men's team are last and will start after all the other matchups are done with an approximate start time of 3:00pm Eastern. There will be no live video coverage, but if you are free in the Triangle area, just head on over to Cary Tennis Park to check out the action.

Here are a couple of updates on championship weekend events:

Women's Lacrosse will be facing the 3rd seed Maryland in the Saturday semifinal. In addition to the previously listed TV outlets, the game is scheduled to be tape-delayed at 7:00pm Eastern on NESN (blame hockey pre-game coverage and other interesting programming decisions for bumping it from live coverage.

Women's Tennis faces 5th seed Virginia at 10:00am Eastern and Men's Tennis will face 2nd seed North Carolina at around 1:00pm Eastern pending the completing of the first semifinal. Recorded coverage is supposed to be available later in the day. I am unsure of why the ACC continues to have the tennis tournaments in a place that is so behind on technology for fans who cannot attend the events in person. The lack of live video coverage and timely live stats is disappointing and far below the standard available for most of the member schools.

Men's Lacrosse will face 3rd seed North Carolina at 3:00pm Eastern on Sunday. The game will be on ESPNU and ESPN3.
