I've been watching it on Netflix's live Starz stream. Not the best video quality as it isn't an HD stream, but better than shelling out the extra cash to subscribe to Starz when Torchwood would be the only thing I watch.
So far it hasn't been up to the level of Children of Earth (IMO), but that was only half as long at 5 episodes. I guess with the additional episodes they can slow down the story arc. At the midway point, I think we're just about to start getting into what is really going on behind the miracle. That would then leave an episode or two to handle the problem.
Torchwood has also filled in the mid-season gap in the current series of Doctor Who quite nicely.
