It is kind of difficult to come up with an exact ranking for the leagues because of how much overlapping there is. Euroleague games are obviously the toughest. Spain definitely is the strongest league out of all the competitions with teams from only one country. Jon's team in Israel is so much better than their domestic competition that the league is not particularly competitive, but they also play in the Adriatic League, which is extremely strong because there are teams from all over the Balkans. Similarly, Daniel's team plays in the relatively weak league in Ukraine, but they also play in the VTB United League which is arguably even stronger than the league in Spain as it draws teams from all over Eastern Europe. DeMarcus plays in a pretty deep league in France, but they do not have the star power to be at the level of teams in Spain, Russia, Italy, Turkey, and Greece. As for China, the league has pretty decent star power, but the limitations on foreigners are pretty strong so teams can only have two non-Asians (read as Americans) and there are further restrictions on Asian players who are not Chinese, so it is hard to build a really strong league. They do not compete with other leagues so it is hard to get a fair comparison.
