Check out Andre's entry:

This off-season, I’ve been working on my whole game, especially developing moves off the dribble [...] [Coach Capel] wants me to dunk everything so when I am working out now he expects me to dunk when I get to the basket.
Awesome. I'll be really, really rooting for him this year, for a number of reasons.
Cool to read how close he and Ryan are, too. Not to be overly schmaltzy, but it's kind of nice to see an african-american kid from Newport News become inseparable with a gangly, shy son-of-a-Ravenscroft-headmaster-and-schoolteacher.
“Those two kids, they’re champions,” Krzyzewski said of his senior leaders. “They’re trying to teach the other kids how to become that, and it’s a long road to become that.”
What a great blog by Andre. I agree with you, so good to see Dre and Ryan so inseparable. I foresee Ryan and Andre being real leaders to the Freshman. Its wonderful that the team can practice earlier, due to the China/Dubai games; it can only make them better. Andre has had much to overcome, with the tragic death of his sister during his Freshman season.
Coach Capel has worked with Andre on his skills, and dunking the ball, more. Would love to see Andre, Ryan, Seth, Miles and Mason all have their Breakout Season this year! Keep blogging Dre!
