I do agree that it probably is not a coincidence that the cast was removed exactly 2 months after the injury and the boot was thrown away exactly 3 months after the injury. I believe doctors know exactly when he will be be ready to play (barring any hint of a setback), which is certainly within the next 4 weeks (or else Coach K would have said he is definitively out for the season).
Whether we have him for the first round of the NCAA tournament or for the Sweet 16 or for the Final Four, I think the talk of his return being detrimental to the team is poppycock. He is going to help the team. A lot. Let's just continue to hope for no setbacks.
