As we get farther down the list it's harder to judge the proper order of the games. Somehow I can see the 1992 Duke-UK matchup moving up or down a slot depending on how you view it's affect on the public's perception of Duke and the fact that "the shot" is played without end.
Your last criteria was how well Duke played in the game. I don't recall a more fantastic display of college basketball than that game. Laettner was perfect from the floor if I remember correctly. Also, in the public's consciousness, that might be the most well known game. Yes, it wasn't the championship game, but I'm willing to overlook that one
