Actually, not quite. Savannah State scored only 4 points against KState in the 2nd half in 2008 (http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=280072306).

Still, awful.

Both are epicly bad...Cal scored 0.15 Points Per Possession (NCAA Average 1 point per possession), Savannah State 0.13. Just...wow.

According to Ken Pomeroy, this was the lowest combined scoring half between two D1 teams in the shot clock era...breaking the one day old record set by Wisconsin and Manhattan in the same tournament.
