He has been a long time Duke fan and just got an offer. How soon does he commit to Duke?

Marcus Lee is quite the athlete... very explosive.

And, in Mark Watson's article, he refers to Austin Nichols as 6'10". Hmmm...interesting prospects for 2013 class indeed.
As mentioned previously, with the Olympics coming up, Coach K will try to wrap up as much of 2013, and some 2014, recruiting as possible before the Olympics camp.
Telep and others reporting that Duke has contacted 6'4 SG Al Freeman in the 2013 class. His current leaders are Kansas and Nova, but he indicated that he is open to listening to other schools offers.
Telep reporting that K has added yet another offer to the tally. (the link is insider, but the title confirms the offer)

wow...recruiting with a vengence. K strikes back.
reminiscent of the response to the 109-66 Ralph Sampson-UVA beatdown of the young Duke team in the 1983 ACC tournament.
Postgame comment from Duke official (Tom Mickle?)...Here's to forgetting this game.
K: No, here's to never forgetting this game.
2012 -- Here's to forgetting Lehigh.
K 2012 -- No, here's to never forgetting Lehigh!
I like it.
At this rate we'll run of scholarships for the next decade.
As we're obviously interested in Marcus Lee, by virtue of our having offered him, my rough summary of our list of 2013 targets looks like this:
PF's:
Julius Randle, 6'9" 225 out of Texas
Austin Nichols, 6'8" 200 out of Tennessee
Marcus Lee, 6'9" 220, California
SF's:
Jabari Parker 6'8" 220, Chicago
Andrew Wiggins 6'7" 200 out of Canada, possible to reclassify from 2014. Everyone wants him.
Ish Wainwright 6'5" 220 out of Missouri
Semi Ojeleye 6'6" 220 out of Kansas
Tyrone Outlaw, 6'6", 190, North Carolina
Centers:
BeeJay Anya 6'8" 265 out of DeMatha
PG:
Cat Barber 6'2" 165 out of Hampton
Tyler Ennis 6'2" 180, Canada
SG:
Allerik Freeman 6'3" 195, local kid from North Carolina
2013 needs to be a monster class and K knows it.
I like this wide net approach.
I got a feeling this if going to be a really good class for us. I really think it helps more than it hurts when he talks to these kids and tells them he will be away because he is coaching the best players in the world for the Olympics. Right now though I want Jabari Parker and Julius Randle and for the NBA to change their age rule asap.
With multiple offers out and possibly more to come, I'm wondering if Coach K will go with a "first come, first served" policy on commitments. If you commit soon, you'll have a scholarship, but if one or two players commit before you at a given position, you won't have a place.
This would seem to make some sense particularly with the Olympic commitment, and maybe Coach is tired of dancing for a long time with the likes of Tony Parker.
Does anyone know when recruiting rankings are typically updated?
Coach K apparently extended an offer to this kid over the evaluation period. He has been compared to Singler and Murphy. More or less a Singler replica. Anybody got any news on him?
