Completely agree, I don't want the Heels getting Kabongo, he's exactly what they have been missing since Lawson left.

Not sure which makes me more happy, Cook to Duke or the Tar Heels not getting MK.

But I guess every now and then you can have your cake and eat it too...

It's seems to me that this is the best possible scenario. Although Myck's the hot topic right now, count me in with the group that prefers Duke getting Quinn. It's nothing against Myck, but Quinn has ZERO negative vibe around him...in fact, only positive vibe and his relationships with current Duke players have been posted about ad nauseam.

And not only that, Carolina gets no one. Wonderful.

Duke representatives like Kyle, Nolan, Ryan, Kyrie, Austin and now soon another outstanding name to add to the list makes everyone associated with Duke very proud.

Not sure why Ryan or Kyle are included in that list (as they aren't that vocal or social within the basketball world), but you're definitely right about Nolan, Austin, Kyrie, and I'd add Dawkins (and hopefully Quinn!).

If you're talking about Duke reps in general, then everyone should be included in that list (including the Plumlees). Our players are very likable, especially in the last 3-4 years.

ESPNU (at least in Baltimore) has "SEC Weekly" at 5pm, "College Football Live" at 6pm, followed by the Duke All-Access part 3.

Ergh, Looks like I won't be able to watch the Quinn fireworks.

KY has three of the top 10 and the top recruiting class for the 3rd straight year. No titles to show for all that, but Calipari must mix some strong kool aid. Pretty impressive.

Well, to be totally fair, only 1 of those 3 classes has played a second of regular season game time yet.

Understood. I just would enjoy hearing his recruiting pitch.

    Cynically, I think it's this:

In my right hand is a picture of all the players I've placed in the NBA without requiring them to waste time on much of that schoolwork junk.

In my left hand is a wad of cash.

Cynically, I agree. I am glad to be aligned with a program that does things quite differently.

After his recruiting pitch, both hands are empty.
