This brings the total so far to an advantage of 13-3 for home teams.
I don't know what the numbers are in a typical season, but this early trend seems pretty strong.
Overall parity? Young teams that play much better at home?
I'm not sure what a "typical" season is either, but last year in conference play, ACC home teams were 61-35, for a .635 winning percentage. Starting off 13-3 is obviously above that, but I bet there was a 16 game stretch last year where home teams similarly went 13-3, so some of it is probably sample size.
