The NBA has finally changed the official rulebook to match what has been the unofficial standard for many, many years: two steps are allowed before something is called a travel. It's been so long since college basketball season I actually forget if college refs allow one or two steps in practice. It's hard to keep track of since traveling calls are botched so often.
So now there's 3 steps allowed in the NBA? :-P
Seriously though, they should've cracked down on travelling, not allowed it. This is why i hate the NBA.
